Marquette Nouveau

Our Marquette Nouveau is quickly bottled, light bodied and paler in color due to minimal, if any, maceration time and a short fermentation period. It is made from our succulent red Marquette grapes, semi-dry, and not aged in oak. Nouveau wines are fresh, fruity, and should be drank within a year.
